Refund policy

• Returns must be initiated within 15 days of delivery with a valid AWB number.
  
• Return shipping costs are to be borne by the customer.
• Products must be unused, unworn, and in original condition with all packaging and  documents.
• No refund will be issued if the product fails quality check or is not in original condition.
• Approved refunds are processed within 48 hours after successful QC to the original payment method.
• Returns not meeting the above conditions or raised after 15 days will be rejected.
  
  Final decision regarding return and refunds rests with Divya Ratan.
